1.Payments

1.1. You can request for payment once your account balance is at least $0.02 for the all payment. 

1.2. Your payment will be processed and issued within  24 Hours.

1.3. We are not responsible for your mistakes. If you request your payment but you are not eligible to receive funds or you have added a wrong id, you can not request for a refund.

 2. Cheating
 

2.1. With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
2.2. Cheating would include any of the following:

2.2.1. Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
2.2.2. Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
2.2.3. Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
2.2.4. Cheating by providing fake information on the sign up offer section.

3. Subject to change
 

3.1. This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members about the new terms and / or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us and your account will be removed.

 4. Legals
 

4.1. We are not a MLM or other type of scheme ! We do not require you to pay any fees ever to join and participate in our site.

 5. Members
 

5.1. All members from any Country are welcomed to join.
5.2. If you do not log in for more than 30 days your account will be marked as inactive and it might get suspended due to inactivity.
5.3. You can request for a reactivation but in that case your account balance will reset.
5.4. If your account remains suspended due to inactivity for more than 90 days your account will reset and after that it might get deleted as well.
5.5. If you have more referrals than the limit of your membership you will lose them if you do not upgrade your account.

6. Advertising Terms
 

6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.

6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.

6.3. The website must not redirect to another page.

6.4. The website must not contain malware or any malicious code.

6.5. Divbux is not responsible for the content of any of the advertising that is displayed on the site.

6.6. Advertisements can be viewed only once every 24 hours.

6.7. Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones/tablets.

6.8. Viewing the "Ads for robots" on a regular basis will result in the reset and/or termination of your account and the forfeiture of all balances.

6.9. we resrve the right to deny any advertisment we do not see fit to be displayed

6.10. The website must be in English or Arabic languages.

6.11. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.

6.12. The website must not conatin ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

6.13. The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.

6.14. The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.

6.15. The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

7. Refund Policy
 

7.1. All payments are non-refundable 100%.

14.2. Your personal email address will only be used for Divbux to communicate with you and to send you a new password in case you request it.

14.4. Your user password will be stored in an irreversible format.

15.1. Your username will be kept hidden by default from other users if you sign up without a referrer.
15.2. Your username will be shown by default to other users if you sign up under a referrer.

16. INVEST SYSTEM

16.1.The investment system on the Divbux platform is an Islamic system based on a partnership between the platform and investors with profit and loss.

16.2. Although the partnership between the platform and the investor is based on sharing profits and losses, the Divbux platform has not suffered any loss since its launch in 2020. (Knowing that we do not guarantee any profit or confirmed return).

16.3. Profits will be distributed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

16.4. You cannot recover your capital except after submitting a request to recover the capital, as we will return the amount after finding the first investor with the same package, so that the amount is transferred to your account and the investments are transferred to the new investor’s account. (In the case of recovering the capital, you are not required to pay anything from the previous profits ).

16.5. Divbux platform reserves the right to cancel the partnership with the investor and return the capital at any time and without providing any justifications
